Refund policy

We will not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, and we must be notified of any damaged, faulty or incorrect items immediately upon receipt.  To commence a request for return or refund, contact us at info@rockstartackle.com.au.  If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.  Items returned to us without first requesting same will not be accepted.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, advising whether the refund was approved. If so, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and apply the refund.
